Cloud (Alishan Oolong Tea)
Located in Ali Mountain of 1300 meters altitude, the tea trees grow in a great environment with ocean mist and the average temperature of 10 oC. The mountain climate slows down leaf growth and saturate the growing leaves with rich mineral fog, and the tea trees flush thick leaves. The Cloud Tea provides stronger taste of spring harvest while gives richer aroma of winter flush. With the golden color of tea soup and floral aroma of scent, the Cloud is the classic of Formosa High-mountain Tea.
