Snowy Cliff (Snow Mountain)
Planted in the Snow Mountain of 2300 meters altitude, the tea leaves of Snowy Cliff are thick and vigorous due to large temperature difference between day and night in Snow Mountain. Spring chilly breezes and winter cold snow of Snow Mountain slows down leaf growth and the growing leaves are saturated with mountain mist and snow dew. The Snowy Cliff can be re-steep for several times. It carries spring flush of sweet aftertaste and winter flush of floral aroma.
The tea processing of Snowy Cliff involves diligent hand-pick harvest, withering, moisture evaporation, fermentation, fixation and leaf-rolling, all with traditional production methods. Produced by this unique process, the tea steeps a brew that delivers the fresh tea aroma of fresh spring water and sweet aftertaste flavor.
