Scarlet (Dabajianshan Black Tea)
The plantation of Scarlet Tea is located near the Dabajian Mountain of Sheipa National Park. Dabajian Mountain, the famous Holy Ridge, is the most distinctive peak of Snow Mountain Range of 2300 meters altitude. The trea tree garden faces toward Wu-Ling Farm, laden with mineral mist. Also, spring chilly breezes and winter cold snow slows down leaf growth. The tea leaves are thick and vigorous due to large temperature difference between day and night for all seasons. With traditional production methods, diligent hand-pick harvest, withering, moisture evaporation, fermentation, fixation and leaf-rolling, the Scarlet provides strong taste and presents red amber color of tea soup.
